Breeam

Breeam assessors require full details on site ecology, via survey by a suitably qualified ecologist, before thye can give a Breeam rating. Landvision undertake SQE ecology reports for Breeam assessments. These will detail the ecology of the site before and after development. Species survey information will be used and other ecology data to give full picture of the ecology of the site before development. Eco credits will be obtained if the ecology is safe guarded and improved by the proposals in the breeam ecology report.
