Environmental Reports

Protected species surveys are undertaken at appropriate times of year. Landvision carry out Biodiversity Action plans to protect, mitigate and enhance biodiversity of sites. We will undertake ecology walkover surveys, Phase 1 and extended Phase 1 or Phase2 habitat surveys; these are carried out by our skilled trained ecologist team. Desk studies and species and inventory background research are undertaken and reports are prepared.

Environmental surveys are ideally best undertaken between April to September, when wildlife is active and plants are visible and flowering.
